Masz Masuri and his son JB were traveling to Danga Bay, a recreational resort in Malaysia, when they encountered an unfortunate abandoned stroller near the central highway barrier. The father and son made a round trip to rescue the animal after seeing it shivering with horror.
Masuri retreated to the side of the highway, a busy and dangerous area where vehicles are constantly moving. He quickly grabbed the animal in his arms and placed it in the back. As the family took him to the vet, the cat hid under the driver’s seat.
Masuri is a member of the Singapore cat community ‘Kitty Konnexion,’ which uses Facebook to provide updates for the general public and other cat groups. Many people have thrown their support behind him. Masuri’s brave efforts, as well as being in the right location at the right time, ensured that this fur baby lived to see another day.
Cats are said to have nine lives.
After a closer inspection, the family saw blisters and blood on all of the cat’s paws.
After visiting the vet, they discovered that the missing right hind leg was broken, as well as some cuts and bruises on her chest.
The cat, named ‘Danga Bay,’ has made a full recovery and has been adopted by a wonderful Malaysian family.
When rescue animals are eventually adopted and have a positive experience in their life, they feel a sense of love in their hearts. While they are an unusual pair, this cat and bearded dragon have become inseparable best friends.
