Jenny Salzer had gone to a store to buy groceries, while also noticing a cat statue.
Although it had a few scuffs and scrapes, it bore an uncanny similarity to her cat Cosmo.
Salzer purchased the cat figurine and placed it on the front steps of her home. She forgot about the impulse buy until Cosmo saw it one day while they were sitting outside.
The cat was immediately drawn to his unusual twin and began sniffing and rubbing his face against it. She even seems to be the girlfriend in the statue which resembles her.
Cosmo is in love with everyone, she likes cookies and hugs said for The Dodo.
The statue, on the other hand, looked to be an outlier.
Cosmo has been increasingly associated with the statue ever since. Salzer occasionally notices Cosmo wrapping his paws around the statue and rubbing his face with hers, as if it were real.
Salzer stated, “She likes to play with the statue all the time, and even hugs it.”
The cat usually stands with the statue and seems to be enjoying himself with his companion.
