Who even needs boyfriend when we have a dozen cats! This Japanese woman has raised 12 indoor chinchilla Persian kitties and it’s been viral on Instagram because of the cuteness of these spoiled cats as well as the powerful ability of a cat lady. Wondering how she can manage to feed them, bath them, recognize them (7 out of 12 cats are white-ish!).
Give it up for a dozen kitties mommy and this fluffy and wonderful collection of cats.

“It started when we met our first cat, Yuki, on December 30, 2010. We took her home after rescuing her in the middle of the road where we found her dirty and freezing. After a while we decided to adopt one more and looked for the same breed on an adoption site — but we actually saw two chinchilla Persians and couldn’t decide between them, so we adopted them both.” – Michelle the cat mom recalled how it was started to have the first 2 cats.
The question is: how can she ended up with 9 more furry angels? They are their kids from the same litter! Michelle made sure that their cats were undergoing all contraceptive and castration operations. 12 cats are preserved the squad!
” It’s hard to introduce a new cat to 12 spoiled furballs.” – Cat mommy added.
Since the struggle of dealing with the litter boxes would be the most challenging task for most of people when thinking of having 12 cats, Michelle had another point of view: “Brushing the cats and cleaning their eyes takes priority. It’s very hard to keep their eyes clean.” she explained.
Are they trained to have the same portion of food to not steal from others’? Absolutely yes! But no.
A cat lady said she knew exactly ” who eats a lot so I put more in their bowl so I can avoid them stealing another cat’s food.”
Having 12 cats in a house is rare, people must have a big reaction to this collection.
“Many say it’s cute to have 12 fur babies and it’s cool,” she says, “although some think it’s creepy and weird and that I’m crazy. But I’m happy, so it doesn’t really matter what other people think about me having this many cats.”
What’s her secret to making all 12 furballs look straight to the camera? “I wave their favorite feather toy to get their attention and call the names of those who don’t look.”
For your information, their names are Yuki, Momo, Shou, Yuri, Bruce, Blackie, Kaya, Karu, Ai, James, Tiger, and Goodie. But don’t try to remember, because you won’t!
