Dogs are just magical creatures that can always put a smile on our faces. … With their big, sparkly eyes; soft fur and big, floppy ears, and a boopy, squeaky nose, dogs simply look too cute to resist. They are also affectionate, loyal, and friendly companions that anyone would love to have, despite all the clumsy and foolish moments. However, let’s not forget that they can also be protective and aggressive in some cases. Therefore, to ward off unwanted strangers and protect passengers, many people will put on a “Beware of the dog” sign in unfortunate accidents.
These warnings work effectively at times, but there are also times when these menacing signs don’t do justice to the dogs, cause they are just exuberant, friendly fellas wagging their tails at you. Dogs were first used as a means of protection by the ancient Greeks, Babylonians, and Assyrians. Since then, humans have bred dogs particularly for the purpose of guarding. When it comes to strangers, they are hostile, but they are actually very soft and affectionate with their owners.
