Hоme Cаmera Caught This Ownеr And Dog’s Adоrable Nighttime Rоutine, And The Vidеo Of It Wеnt Viral

A dog in Brazil has won the hearts of thousands of people on the internet, and especially on TikTok thanks to the relationship the canine and her owner share. Lola is a very friendly mutt who lives with José Paulo da Silva, in São Paulo, the capital, and together they seem to have a lot of have beautiful moments full of joy and fun, especially when it comes to their bed routine.

Lola didn’t always have such a happy life, though. In the past, Lola and her sister were rescued by firefighters in the bush near an official fireman’s school. Her sister was soon adopted and Lola was placed in the care of a student who was fostering her temporarily at the school.

However, with the arrival of the pandemic, the school had to close and Lola was in danger of being left alone. To avoid abandoning her, the principal of the school asked the students if anyone would be interested in adopting her. José’s stepson also studied at the place and told the case to his stepfather, who immediately agreed to adopt her upon the request.

Meet Lola, a rescued dog who was adopted and given a forever home at the beginning of the pandemic by a man in Brazil named José Paulo da Silva

Bored Panda reached out to José Paulo da Silva to find out a little bit more about the whole situation.

“Lola and her sister were rescued by a major on a road in Franco da Rocha, São Paulo, Brazil and taken to the military firefighter training school that is in Franco da Rocha itself.

There were more than 200 students doing the training course including my stepson as well. Apparently the major handed Lola and her sister to the care of one of the students who kept them both on the ‘life rope’ as they refer to the rope they use. They stayed in the women’s dormitory, where they slept, and during the day, they participated in the training.

That’s why we had said at times that Lola had become a firefighter. Her sister was adopted soon but Lola stayed. The students were graduating one by one and the school had to close because of the pandemic. That’s when the major said they needed to have Lola adopted urgently.

My stepson Rafael took a picture and sent it to me and I decided to adopt her on the spot.

Lola came home quietly, she was very suspicious, as she just watched over the ‘territory’. It took three days for her to feel safe.”

Previously, she lived at a foster house with one of the students from the firefighter school where she was first found

“Lola loves me (laughs)! She has an immense need to be with people, to be close to others. If she has someone at home she is trying to find out which room the person is in because she wants to be close at all times.”

This is what she looked like during her first day at her new home

It took her a couple of days to get used to the new environment but the both of them became very close over time

And recently a video featuring Lola and her owner José went viral

The video showcases their adorably funny and wholesome nightly routine

After the video went viral, a lot of people asked José about the camera he had in his room.

“When it comes to the camera in my room… many people question why I have it. Well, I have it because I was kidnapped, I stayed in captivity for 9 nights, and as I undergo cancer treatment and my wife stays in another city most of the time, it’s a way for her to monitor everything. Only the two of us have access to the cameras.

So when the video went viral, I was really surprised by what is happening, and maybe even a little scared because we lost track of views at some point trying to keep up! People were thanking us for the video and for brightening their day. There was one message, in particular, that stood out to me. A father thanked me personally because his son who is autistic loved the video and keeps watching and laughing whenever he is sad. Honestly, this is priceless.”

When Lola senses her owners heading to sleep, she decides to become a little hyperactive

Jose told us that, “Lola is very important to me because I’m undergoing cancer treatment and I go through depression when I do chemo”

“She makes me happy, it’s a very strong bond, I found out that I needed her right when my stepson brought her in, saying she was made for me”
