While we usually smile showing our teeth, we know that with dogs, it is a little different. In fact, most animals have a hard time showing how they feel with facial expressions, but 9-year-old Chevy is a different case entirely. The dog always has a smile on his face no matter what, and he’s here to brighten your day as well!
Bored Panda reached out to Tina Denlinger who is Chevy’s owner to find out a little bit more.
“We lost our golden retriever 9 years ago and were looking for a companion for our corgi mix. We found him from an ad in the paper. He was surrounded by a pack of dachshunds who did not like him. My husband grabbed him up and said he is going home with us.”

According to his owner Tina, Chevy is somewhat of a local celebrity thanks to his nonstop grinning
“The first time we really noticed the smile was when we picked him up from the vet after being neutered,” Tina told us
Tina also told us that Chevy is very loved by his family and other people too
“The family gets a kick out of it, honestly. I’ve had different people reach out to me from his Instagram saying that they use his pictures on a daily basis to make them smile”
“He is the most happy-go-lucky guy that we have had the pleasure of owning. He never has a bad day”
